Please note: a fee of €15 per bag is to be charged for the disposal of rubbish, previously rubbish bags could be purchased by clients at the local shops, the collection system has now changed and it's no longer possible to purchase these prepaid bags. Clients do have the option of taking their rubbish with them, they are also able to dispose of cans, bottles and other types of glass in the recycling bins provided close to Narin beach. Please note: this property has a 100€ good house keeping bond, this is payable to the owner on arrival and will be returned on departure if the property is in good order and with no damages, any bin charges will also be taken from this charge. Please note: property has a low doorway with a step at the base of the stairs; please take extra care.
