It is one of two supersized apartments in the building. As it is on the second and third floors, you have elevated views from all windows and the balcony. Access is via two flights of stairs to the apartment's front door. The building has just 6 apartments so there is no elevator. The front door opens to a lobby and then into a large open plan living/dining/kitchen with a large bay window and sea views front and back. The top floor contains a master bedroom with en suite and balcony, a second bedroom, and a bathroom. This floor is within the roof space, so it has some sloping walls as seen in the photos.
