Enjoy cosy evenings in the living room with a huge inglenook fireplace and comfortable seating. The large farmhouse kitchen comes with modern appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, electric double cooker, and gas hob. There's also a convenient utility room for wet boots and coats.
The cottage has a downstairs W.C. and an upstairs family bathroom with a shower over the bath. The large enclosed garden with river frontage provides access to the river along the entire frontage (not fenced along the river side). Two dogs are welcome for an additional supplement of £15 per dog.
Off-road parking is available for two cars. The village location, with a pub, tea rooms, and shop all within easy walking distance, makes this cottage the perfect base for exploring the open moorland just a short distance from the front door.
Check-in is from 4 pm, and check-out is by 10 am. Please note that guests are welcome to have visitors, but overnight stays are only allowed if bed spaces are not exceeded. Any disturbances caused by guests may result in eviction, and no refund will be issued for lost holiday days.
