The property

A beautifully presented detached dormer bungalow situated on the edge of St Agnes within walking distance of the sandy beaches at Chapel Porth and Trevaunance Cove.

Refurbished to a high standard throughout, Lanesend is ideal for groups with bedrooms on the ground and first floor.

The cosy sitting room with wood burning stove opens into the beautiful kitchen diner at the rear with its vaulted ceiling and tremendous feeling of light and space.

French windows open to the enclosed rear garden which is a real suntrap providing the perfect place for children to play whilst adults relax on the terrace.

A traditional and unspoilt village, St Agnes has unrivalled local facilities including many art galleries plus grocers, greengrocers, butchers and bakers making the daily shop a true pleasure.

Several cafes, restaurants and pubs complete the picture and The Driftwood Spars at Trevaunance Cove which is home to an award winning micro-brewery was voted one of the Times top 50 pubs in the country.The north coast of Cornwall is home to some of the finest surfing spots in the country and the local surf school at Trevaunance Cove also provides surfboard and wetsuit hire whilst both of the village beaches benefit from lifeguard patrol from May to September.

Venturing onto The South West Coast Path around St Agnes head may be rewarded with the sight of grey seals in the waters below whilst the climb up to St Agnes Beacon guarantees a panoramic view of 23 miles of dramatic Cornish coastline.
