Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Rear, split-level patio with furniture, BBQ and external WC (not available in winter). Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: Rear garden has 6 steps and there are 3 original stone steps to access the cottage from the front. Note: The stairs to the first floor are steep and narrow, with a twist at the bottom, making the lower treads triangular in shape. There is a hand rail, but care does need to be taken when going up and down the stairs. Note: Check-in 4pm. Note: No infants or children allowed thank you.
