Experienced hill walkers and climbers have a choice of mountain trails to explore, while a picnic by the side of the Loch Coruisk is an ideal afternoon treat. Fishing boats operate from Elgol's small quay, and can transport visitors across the water and past the seal colony. For amenities including pubs, restaurants, shops and a petrol station, Broadford is just 15 miles from Elgol.
