Bramley Hut is located on the edge of the small hamlet of Allerford, probably most well known for the 15th century pack horse bridge and the local National Trust and picture perfect thatched country cottages, also in nearby, Selworthy and Bossington. The larger village of Porlock is a short drive (less than 5 mins in the car) or approx 30 minutes on foot via quiet country lane, has a selection of pubs, restaurants, tea rooms and shops. Minehead is the nearest town, with supermarkets and other shops, approx 10 minute drive.There are many walks from the doorstep - within easy access is Bossington beach and Porlock Weir or head up onto North Hill or Dunkery Beacon for amazing views across the Bristol Channel to Wales.
