Horns Cross has its own 'secret' pebbled beach, Peppercombe, which is certainly worth a look. The stunning South West Coast Path also runs alongside the village for your outdoor lovers. From here you can visit the popular spots including the historic port town of Bideford and the seaside village of Westward Ho!. The well-appointed town of Barnstaple is also easily accessible, its museum and high-quality amenities make it a wonderful destination for a day trip.
