Grace Cottage is a charming nineteenth century property situated in the heart of in Porlock village, yet far enough back from the main road to ensure guests enjoy peace and tranquility. Originally remodelled about a decade ago to create a more spacious and light-filled downstairs living area, Grace Cottage was once again updated under new ownership in 2018, with installation of a new kitchen with all-modern facilities, a new log burner in the sitting room, and new beds and linen. The result is an extremely comfortable and well equipped holiday cottage that is ideal for couples or families looking to explore this delightful part of Exmoor National Park.

The village of Porlock is a traditional working Exmoor village; it boasts three pubs, two grocery shops, Post Office, a traditional local butcher, chemist, cash machine, hardware shop, visitor centre and a range of independent restaurants, shops and tea rooms.Minehead is the nearest town, approximately 7 miles away. Here you will find the larger supermarkets and petrol stations (Tesco and Morrison's are both situated on the outskirts of the town and have longer opening hours), most major high street banks with cash machines, plus a range of other shops throughout the town.
