The ground floor apartment includes two single beds, a kitchenette with a kettle, microwave/grill, toaster, sandwich maker, and a 2-ring induction hob, and a shower room with a walk-in overhead and handheld shower. Bed linen and towels are provided, and electricity and heating are included.
Other amenities include designated parking for one car, wireless broadband at no extra cost, a Smart TV with Freeview, Youtube, Apps, Netflix, and Disney (pay-per-view, not included), and a tower fan. One well-behaved dog is welcome, for a supplement of £20 per dog, but no smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises.

The property is available from 4 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure. Nearby are the dog-friendly and popular Porlock Weir Hotel, The Ship pub and small independent shops as Porlock Bay Oysters and Ziangs Thai Takeaway.The village of Porlock, approximately 1.5 miles, boasts three pubs, two grocery shops, a traditional local butcher, pharmacy, Post Office, cash machine, garage, hardware shop, visitor centre and a range of independent shops and tea rooms.Many of the shops in Porlock Weir and Porlock are open during traditional hours of 9 am to 5 pm, although hours are often extended during the summer season. Conversely, some shops also reduce their opening hours out of season.Minehead is the nearest town, approximately 7 miles. Here you will find the larger supermarkets and petrol stations (Lidl, Tesco and Morrisons are both situated on the outskirts of the town and have long opening hours), high street banks with cash machines, plus a range of other shops throughout the town.
