The cottage’s location in the pretty village of Luxborough finds it nestled in an idyllic valley between the famous Exmoor coast and countryside and the scenic Brendon Hills.

Harthanger View is situated on the outskirts of the pretty village of Luxborough. The Royal Oak Inn serves drinks and good food, approx 1 mile away.Wheddon Cross (approx 5 miles) has a newly refurbished mini-supermarket, Post Office facilities and petrol station with good opening times. Roadwater is also has a local shop and pub which serves food. Dunster is also approx 4 miles, but in the other direction, this wonderful medieval village is really worth a visit, it has lots of shops, restaurants, tea rooms and a village shop.Minehead is the nearest town, approximately 7 miles away. Here you will find the larger supermarkets and petrol stations (Tesco and Morrisons are both situated on the outskirts of the town and have longer opening hours), most major high street banks with cash machines, plus a range of other shops throughout the town.Tesco, Sainsbury's, Waitrose as well as Cook from Taunton will deliver.
