Designated off-road parking for one car and 2 visitor spaces. Lawn and patio with furniture, barbecue and riverside seating, fully enclosed private garden with side access, outdoor hot & cold taps. Communal tennis court. External boot & beach store and dog wash.Three well-behaved pets very welcome at £30 per pet or 4 teacup to small dogs on request. Sorry, no smoking inside the cottage or summer house. Shops 3.5 miles, pub 2.2 miles. Note: There is a hot & cold dog & boot washing station in the property's garden dog shampoo included and pro blaster dryer. Note: Cycle hire is available for delivery. Note Cornish Food, Drink and BBQ hampers, wine/champagne and flowers are available to order for delivery from the owners direct. Note: Complimentary Cream Tea for 2 on arrival. Mr M Hall, August 2021 - We had a great time A lot of thought has gone into making the cottage attractive and welcoming It is in a quiet location but within easy reach of many excellent places to visit (not enough time in one week!) We would certainly stay here again if the opportunity arises. Miss N Double, July 2021 - Amazing little cottage, was like a home from home! Mr R Atherton, July 2021 - A fantastic little cottage, tucked away from the hustle and bustle Exactly how it was described in the property information The owners Adrian and Terence have really gone above and beyond to make this place feel like a boutique hotel with the high standard of fixtures and fittings Cream tea was even provided on arrival which was a nice touch, along with Milk and some other essentials which after a 6 hour drive was great We have stayed at another property on this site a couple of years ago and this property is far superior in the way it is presented Would definitely recommend this little gem of a property if your planning on visiting Cornwall especially if your bringing your 4 legged friend with you as the owners really care that your dog is just as at home here on holiday as you are The call from Adrian the day before we arrived to provide us with the door pin was a great touch also as this was an opportunity for him to share his local knowledge on places to eat, local beaches and days out Thanks both we will definitely be re-booking.
