The village boasts panoramic views of the coast thanks to its cliff-top location and is surrounded by beautiful scenery, much of which is part of the Voluntary Marine Conservation Area, an area full of colourful wildlife. Grunta Beach is a secluded bay comprising of rocky and sandy areas, with many thriving rock pools to explore. The beach is also dog-friendly all year round, so perfect for visiting with your four-legged friend. The bustling seaside village of Woolacombe is less than a mile away, with a slightly busier environment to Mortehoe.
