Patio N.B: open to left side and rear, and has a short drop (70cm) at rear. Garden furniture and a picnic bench. One well-behaved dog permitted. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, beach cafe and a pub: 2 - 3 mins walk. Beach 2 mins walk, via cottages’ private footpath (some steps down). The 7 steps down to the property from the pavement can be avoided by using the rear footpath which is gently sloping and has 2 steps up. It starts behind the parking spot number 42. Seaview, number 24 is 2nd property on right from pavement access. For dog owners, please remember your dog bed and all other pet provisions. No pets allowed upstairs nor on furniture please.
