With spacious accommodation for up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms, this delightful property boasts a modern kitchen with breakfast bar, a cosy wood-burner in the sitting room, and a large private garden with outside seating.
Please note, the property features two sets of bunk beds in the ground floor bedroom, making it most suitable for groups of 6 if all adults. Well-behaved dogs are welcome (up to 2 per booking, charged at £15 per dog) but please note that the owner has free-range chickens, cats, and their own dogs, so only well-behaved dogs are allowed.
For your convenience, bed linen and towels are provided, and the property comes equipped with Wifi, heating, and electricity included. Please note that this property is not suitable for stag or hen parties or groups under 25 years old, unless previously agreed. Additionally, a refundable security deposit of £75 is required when booking this property to cover the cost of possible damage during your stay, which will be returned shortly after your departure providing there is no damage to the property or its contents.

West Anstey sits on the Southern side of Exmoor, just outside the boundary of the National Park in North Devon. The popular tourist destination of Dulverton is approx 5 miles away. Known as the southern gateway to Exmoor, Dulverton is also home to the head quarters of the Exmoor National Park. The town is well equipped with shops including Post Office, butchers, bakery, fish & chip shop, greengrocer, late-opening supermarket, art gallery, hairdressers, guns and fishing tackle shop. There are also a number of quality boutiques, interesting gift shops plus some lovely restaurants, tea rooms and pubs. The picturesque river Barle winds through the centre of the town and is a popular location for keen kayakers.South Molton is around 10 miles away and is an interesting and lively country town, with a good selection of shops and pubs.
